1. Sales Performance : Drive an increase in overall sales performance and productivity,
specifically for the used construction equipment business.
2. Customer Relationship Management : Enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term
loyalty by effectively managing relationships and addressing customer needs.
3. Market Intelligence and Research : Stay up-to-date with market trends, requirements, and
developments in respective territories to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
4. Marketing and Promotion : Increase brand visibility and drive lead generation through
effective marketing strategies and promotional activities.
5. Lead Generation : Evaluate lead based on their interest, budget and purchasing timeline.
